Many cultures around the world wind down with a drink, sharing stories as a way to connect with the community. The concept of and interactions with evening drinks such as tea or coffee varies across countries and cultures, reflecting deep histories of politics, medicine, religion, and the most beautiful of all: conversation.
Join us for biweekly tea time rituals and experience what it means to share the sunset over a drink. Bring your own mug and drink materials* (spices, tea leaves, herbs, fruit, biscuits, etc.). We'll provide good company, a warm kettle, drink demonstrations using Garden herbs, and conversation :)
*Drink materials are not limited to tea. The organizer of this event recognizes the variety of evening drinks ranging from filter coffee to rooh afza to fermented juices. Attendees are encouraged to bring drinks and share!
