Join the Garden plants and critters for an evening of home-grown music, every Final Friday of the Month. Featuring local musicians in a stripped-down acoustic setting. Somewhere between a house show and barnyard jam.

This month, jazz combo Jasper & Pendy will open with some sax and piano –– setting the stage for songwriter Nica Albertson to share her original music:

Nica is a DC-based multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. Having grown up in a spiritual Iranian-American household, Nica is drawn to transcendent and expansive melodies. Her background in classical and jazz piano, guitar, and voice, enables her compositions to dance between genres and conventions; further tapping into our emotional and inquisitive nature, connecting personal experiences to their collective humanity.
