Created by cardiologist Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995, laughter yoga has been shown to help improve the immune system, heart health, and sleep quality, among many other physiological and psychological benefits. All ages and abilities welcome! No mat or special clothes are required—wear whatever is comfortable.
