The basics : The U Street Neighborhood Association is hosting a community benefits brainstorming party in order to help determine how development funds from the 1250 U Street project get invested in our neighborhood. We’ll facilitate a participatory idea generation process and synthesize the findings into a recommendations report for the ANC and Zoning Commission.

Event overview : We will provide a brief introduction regarding PUDs and the U Street Neighborhood Association before splitting into facilitated breakout groups to brainstorm and synthesize ideas for community improvement.
