Qigong is an ancient energy cultivation practice that literally translates into “energy work”. In Qigong, we utilize the power of our breath, postures, movement, and meditation to clear, align, circulate, and strengthen our Qi – or vital life force energy.
This 6-week series is hosted by instructor Nicole Jackson of Healthy Soul Wellness. All levels are welcome. “I can’t guarantee you’ll be a pro but you will definitely have a better sense of Qi, feel better in your body, be clearer in your mind, become more energetically aligned, and learn a few Qigong forms in the process.”
